Client Relationship Associate

Heather McCarthy is a Client Service Associate with Chris Stappas' team. Heather comes to us from the insurance space where she was an account manager and sales representative for group benefits. Heather has worked as a professional organizer, which will enable her to help us seamlessly manage future growth. Heather is an accomplished professional with a strategic mindset and demonstrated ability in coaching and development. Heather has expertise in market analysis, relationship building, sales strategy implementation and fostering client satisfaction.

Heather served eight years in the Air Force and graduated from Centenary University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Heather was born in Northern New Jersey, which is where she now currently resides. She has 2 rescue pets, Freddie Purrcury a black cat and Fergie a “foster fail” senior dachshund/terrier. Heather enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, traveling and volunteering with various organizations.
